    Romanian oil and gas operator Petrom has joined the Day-ahead market operated by the OPCOM exchange. The spot market now numbers 92 members. Telesatelit has also joined OPCOM’s centralised market for green certificates. (THE ICIS HEREN REPORTS - EDEM 13 169 / 2 September 2009)
