    ©THE HEREN REPORTS - Romania TSO announces plan for 10% listing

    Romania’s transmission system operator Transelectrica has announced it plans to list 10% of its shares on the Bucharest stock exchange in the second half of June.
    The company intends to float 7.3 million shares, at a price of LEI 16.8 (EUR 4,8). Local branches of Alpha Bank, Raiffeisen Capital & Investment and BRD Securities will act as intermediaries to the sale.
